Admin and Operators required to login to be able to manage script
settings and FAQ contents.
Standard/anonymouse users and visitors do not required to login.

In this demonstration you can login as Operator level user (login: op, password: op)
to see Admin Panel in action or just see FAQ as standard visitor.
